ABOUT ME:
I WAS TOLD MANY YEARS AGO THAT ALL MY EXPERIENCES WOULD BE MY GREATEST TEACHERS. WHILE THIS IS TRUE, I HAD SOME HELPING .
HANDS ALONG THE WAY TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT.
ONE OF THE GREATEST TEACHINGS I BELIEVE IS THAT LIFE IS BUMPY AND CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. HOW YOU NAVIGATE THESE CHANGES AND EXPERIENCES DETERMINES HOW YOU LIVE THEM AND HOW YOU WILL LEARN FROM THEM FOR YOUR FUTURE. I LEARNED THAT I CAN QUIET THE CONSTANT CHATTER IN MY MIND TO BE ABLE TO OBSERVE SITUATIONS AND FEELINGS WITH MORE CLARITY AND CALM. THIS HELPS MAKE BETTER CHOICES. I LEARNED THE HOPE AND FAITH IS A CRUCIAL STEPPING STONE FOR HEALING AND CHANGE EVEN IF I DON'T KNOW TO TAKE ACTION. I LEARNED TO BE MORE PRESENT AND NOT LOSING MYSELF IN THE PAST OR FUTURE.
My passions:
Mother to a beautiful daughter, lover of nature, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter, lover of astrology and anything tied to spirituality. Huge fan of the "5am Club" and believe that how you start your day can determine your day.
