Individual Therapy sessions

 This is a safe space to explore your emotions, understand where they come from, and gently work through past experiences that still show up today. You'll gain tools to recognize anxiety and how it affects you,  identify triggers, and learn how to move through clarity and  ease. Learn to create new meanings of self sabotaging thoughts  that no longer support your growth.  Together, we focus on building healthy relationships through communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution.  Supporting a deeper connection, self-esteem and confidence.

Individual Coaching Sessions

 Coaching with a Chopra focus takes a "whole- person" approach.  Self awareness is cultivated with practical tools, meditation and spirituality.  Here you are supported in creating your vision, set intentions ,and carry out an action plan with measurable realistic goals.  A shift in perspective and uncovering self limiting beliefs.  Many times we need support creating the vision for our "best selves", setting the intention and creating an actionable plan, understand and move through obstacles. 

Meditation sessions

 A process of turning inward and learning to be present with compassion and curiosity.  Rather than focusing and getting lost in your thoughts, meditation helps bring stillness and observation This simple practice can reduce stress,  improve focus, creativity,  and help emotional regulation. I use different mediation techniques.  Meditation helps bring the automatic into awareness. I am certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, but practice different meditation techniques, and wound into both therapy and coaching. 

Couples therapy

 Couples therapy helps partners learn how to listen to understand, not just respond.  Conflict often comes from our own narratives and  the desire to be right.  Learn to build skills in communication and boundaries.

 Learning to build your own morning routine that will increase focus, energy, creativity and connection.  Creating new habits starting off the day can lead to big sustainable transformational changes.  Prepare to kick start your day so the rest of it flows easier.
